Resumo
O presente artigo tem como objetivo fazer uma análise quanto a instituição
dos Juizados Especiais Cíveis e as mudanças ocorridas, no que diz respeito a modulação
em termos práticos do padrão das audiências e como o contexto social tem influenciado
na modificação e aperfeiçoamento de novos métodos tecnológicos dentro do Poder
Judiciário.
This article aims to analyze the institution of Special Civil Courts and the
changes that have occurred, with regard to the modulation in practical terms of the
standard of hearings and how the social context has influenced the modification and
improvement of new technological methods within of the Judiciary.
