A DESIGUALDADE DE GÊNERO NA PANDEMIA DO NOVO CORONAVÍRUS (SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19) E SEUS REFLEXOS NO PÓS-PANDEMIA

O presente artigo tem por objetivo apresentar dados metajurídicos a fim de evidenciar a desigualdade de gênero na pandemia do novo coronavírus (SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19). Esses dados apontam desproporcionalidade no que diz respeito à divisão sexual do trabalho em tempos de implementação abrupta do regime de home office, o aumento dos casos de violência doméstica e os efeitos da feminização da linha de frente do combate ao COVID-19. Além disso, serão apresentadas as medidas jurídicas tomadas na tentativa de estabelecer a igualdade de gênero e possíveis reflexos no pós-pandemia.

The present article aims to present meta-legal data in order to show gender inequality in the new coronavirus pandemic (SARS-CoV-2 / COVID-19). The data indicates disproportionality with respect to the sexual division of labor in times of abrupt implementation of the home office regime, the increase in cases of domestic violence and the effects of the feminization of the front line in the fight against COVID-19. In addition, the legal measures taken in an attempt to establish gender equality and possible consequences in the post-pandemic will be presented.
