Resumo
O presente artigo objetiva analisar a forma como a liberdade de expressão dos servidores públicos tem sido retaliada nos últimos anos diante da censura e burocracia existentes no âmbito da Administração Pública Federal. Durante o desenvolvimento do presente trabalho na primeira parte do estudo foi analisado os contornos da liberdade de expressão como um direito da dignidade da pessoa humana, bem como a sua importância para a constituição e manutenção do Estado Democrático de Direito.
Posteriormente, foi analisado as legislações e manifestações dos tribunais superiores sobre o tema, juntamente com uma analise crítica de como tais normas estão sendo aplicadas na realidade vigente. Em sua parte nuclear, o artigo trata da liberdade de expressão dos servidores públicos e as limitações que esta vem sofrendo nos últimos anos. O texto apresenta extenso rol de referencias analisados assentamentos históricos, tendo como referências pesquisas bibliográficas, documental e o acervo normativo emitido.

Abstract
This objective article analyzed as a form of freedom of expression of public servants has been retaliated in recent years against censorship and the years existing in the years of the Federal Public Administration.
