MULHERES NEGRAS: PROCESSOS DE RESISTÊNCIA E MOBILIZAÇÃO SOCIAL PARA GARANTIA DE DIREITOS

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os direitos das mulheres negras, e como foram estruturais a partir da escravidão até a constituição do feminismo negro, utilizado como uma ferramenta antirracista e antissexista e uma forma de contribuição para a democracia. Foram utilizados como base bibliográfica os estudos de Fanon, conjugado com o estudo da branquidade de Guerreiro Ramos, além dos estudos do feminismo de Lélia González e demais literaturas especializadas de mulheres negras, assim como consultados artigos científicos, selecionados por meio de busca nos bancos de dados do Scielo e Google Scholar. O estudo é baseado no protagonismo e resistências das mulheres negras e um meio de entendimento da formação do feminismo negro, extraindo-se dessa compreensão a relevância para a constituição de direitos. Assim, destaca-se situações das mulheres negras não só em seus movimentos de luta do cotidiano, mas principalmente na linha da intelectualidade, bem como seu lugar de fala. A articulação entre essas análises permite notar as dificuldades que ainda existem em identificar os sujeitos de direitos dentre aqueles que são socialmente marginalizados e politicamente excluídos.

The present work aims to analyze the rights of black women, and how they were structural from slavery to the constitution of black feminism, used as an anti-racist and anti-sexist tool and a form of contribution to democracy. Fanon's studies were used as a bibliographic basis, in conjunction with Guerreiro Ramos' study of whiteness, in addition to the studies of feminism by Lélia González and other specialized literatures of black women, as well as scientific articles were consulted, selected by searching the databases. Scielo and Google Scholar data. The study is based on the protagonism and resistance of black women and a means of understanding the formation of black feminism, extracting from this understanding the relevance for the constitution of rights. Thus, situations of black women stand out not only in their daily struggle movements, but mainly in the line of intellectuality, as well as their place of speech. The articulation between these analyzes allows us to note the difficulties that still exist in identifying the subjects of rights among those who are socially marginalized and politically excluded.
