Resumo
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo relacionar as novas ferramentas de acesso à aprendizagem, na modalidade streaming on demand, à luz da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais - LGPDP, Lei nº 13.709, focando no respeito aos direitos e garantias fundamentais.
Ao longo do trabalho será demonstrado que, mesmo diante de um cenário de fusões e aquisições de empresas do setor de educação básica no Brasil, pequenas e médias empresas, parceiras ou não de grandes grupos econômicos, também precisam estar em conformidade com a LGPDP.
Na sequência, será analisado o estabelecido na referida lei, destacando o respeito aos direitos e garantias fundamentais, sempre correlacionando à Constituição da República Federativa do Brasil.

Abstract
The current paper is aimed at relating the latest working tools that allow access to the practice of learning know as “streaming on demand” in the light of the general law of personal data protection – LGPDP, law nº 13.709, focusing on the basic rights and warrants.
Within the paper it will be showed that even facing a scenery of fusions and acquisitions of basic education companies in Brazil, small and medium-sized companies whether they are or not in partnership with big economical groups, need to be in agrement with LGPDP.
