Resumo
O presente artigo busca analisar a experiência de pessoas negras, em especial mulheres negras, a partir da perspectiva da necropolítica. O controle social exercido em desfavor das pessoas negras, seja na administração da população privada de liberdade, seja na violência urbana e na produção de mortes pelo Estado, seria uma evidência da exposição contínua ao racismo estrutural. O pensamento que parte da hierarquia racial, destina violências sistematizadas contra mulheres negras independentemente do espaço social que ocupem. A hipótese aqui colocada é a de que uma gestão necropolítica se evidencia em todos os âmbitos, ativamente ou por negligência.
Abstract
This article seeks to analyze the experience of black people, especially black women, from the perspective of necropolitics. The social control exercised
to the detriment of black people, whether in the administration of the population
deprived of liberty, or in urban violence and in the production of deaths by the
State, would be evidence of the continuous exposure to structural racism. The
thought, which starts from the racial hierarchy, aims at systematized violence
against black women regardless of the social space they occupy. The hypothesis
put forward here is that necropolitical management is evident in all areas, activelyor negligently
