A ATIVIDADE POLICIAL FRENTE À LEI MARIA DA PENHA NOS MUNICÍPIOS FLUMINENSES DE RIO DE JANEIRO E VOLTA REDONDA

O presente trabalho tem como finalidade apresentar a Patrulha Maria da Penha, programa da Polícia Militar que vem sendo adotado em diversos estados do Brasil. O serviço, apesar de aprovado no Projeto de Lei nº 7.181/2017, ainda não fora inserido expressamente na Lei Maria da Penha. Contudo, mesmo sem disposição legal, o programa foi implantado em diversas regiões do Brasil, incluindo o Rio de Janeiro, atuando em todos os municípios do estado. Entretanto, na cidade de Volta Redonda, o pioneirismo e a efetividade se destacam, ao apresentar resultados positivos desde a sua implementação por conta de sua natureza preventiva: seu principal objetivo é impedir que o agressor volte a influenciar na vida da autora, atuando de forma direta para garantir o cumprimento das Medidas Protetivas impostas sobre ele, inibindo repetidos casos de agressão ou mesmo o feminicídio.

This paper deals with the criminal liability of the psychopath, with a theoretical foundation based on the knowledge of the area of law, but also of psychology and psychiatry. To promote a better understanding of the theme, the structure of this paper was divided into four sections. The first aims to define what is psychopathy and the second aims to identify psychopathy, with the help of specialists in the field of psychology and psychiatry. The third section deals with the criminal responsibility of the psychopath under current legislation, while the fourth and last section argues that a life sentence is the most appropriate penal sanction for the severe psychopath.
